Overview
All sales are final
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, all Banana Studio purchases are non-refundable once the order is placed.
This policy applies to subscriptions, renewals, credit packs, one-time purchases, add-ons, and paid access. Please review the plan, price, credit amount, renewal period, and generation requirements before purchasing.
Credit Restoration
If credits are deducted and a generation fails because of a confirmed technical error, Banana Studio may restore the deducted credits to your account. Credit restoration is an in-service adjustment only and is not a cash refund, payment reversal, chargeback right, or compensation.
